The Train for the 10 coaching team is 3 people deep this year, with the addition of our newest physical therapist, Peter Mason, an experienced trail runner with a special interest in helping those with running injuries.  He’ll join Lynda Brown and Jessica McAllister, also physical therapists with running experience.  We’ll lead you in the Thursday run/walk each week and we’ll also offer some free community night education talks along the way. Don’t worry if you can’t join us in person – We’re still here to guide and support you!
